If officials are already traveling to or have arrived at the field, the full game fee is due. Weather-related cancellations are reviewed based on when notice is received. Final terms will be confirmed with the assignment.

Umpire coverage is not confirmed until 108 Sports accepts the assignment, the listed umpire rate is fixed by the scheduled game length, and two-hour games follow the time-limit and pay-at-the-plate policy above.I understand the 108 Sports scheduling fee is $10 per scheduled game up to 1½ hours and $20 per scheduled game over 1½ hours, separate from umpire game fees.
